CD Review - Breakout

For those of you who don't know...., Yes, I am a huge Miley Cyrus fan. Actually, I'm a huge Hannah Montana fan, but I guess if you like one, you've got to like the other, since they are technically the same person (at least on the inside).

Since I highly enjoyed the past two CDs, I assumed that I would like the new CD, Breakout, just as much, but I must admit, I was a little disappointed. I wasn't too impressed the first time I listened to it, but I am finding that the more I listen to the new songs, the more I am beginning to like it. But I'm not sure I'll ever get to the point where I LOVE IT!, which is what I can say about her first CD. And when I say her first CD, I mean the Hannah Montana CD. I also enjoyed the 2nd CD, Hannah Montana 2 / Meet Miley Cyrus, but I enjoyed the Hannah Montana disk far better than the Miley Cyrus disk. With Breakout, I found that the songs had a different style to them and I couldn't really relate. Maybe that means I am actually growing out of my teenage stage of life. I'd have to say that my two favorite songs on the CD are 1) the remake of "Girls Just Wanna Have Fun" and 2) the remix of "See You Again".

So I guess what I am trying to say is that I really wasn't too impressed with the CD but I am really hoping that she puts out another Hannah Montana CD real soon!
