Now Officially Next! (or so they say)

This past Thursday my youngest sister, Kimberly, was married to Michael Kramer. It was a beautiful sunset ceremony at The Rose Sach's Gardens, up Parley's Canyon.

The night before the wedding, a bunch of us gathered at my parent's house and made the bouquets. I wanted something simple so I chose the GREEN roses and white daisies. To satisfy my sister, I also added a little bit of the tiny purple flowers.

These were the two bouquets I made. Not too bad
for my first experience of floral arranging.

At the end of the night as the reception was closing down, my sister picked up her bouquet and threw it at me. I guess she figured I should be next.

Molly and I reenacted the scene of what would have been if my sister had actually thrown the bouquet in a traditional manner. I guess she didn't want to take any chances that I wouldn't catch the bouquet.

Since no one thought to bring any decoration for the car, the nieces and nephews took all of the left over flowers and went at it. They had a great time and the car turned out so pretty (I can use that word to describe the scene, considering so many lovely flowers were involved).

To see more picture of the wedding festivities, you can check out the album I have posted on Facebook.
